AIE's syringe filling system makes transferring of liquid from cartridges to any size syringe barrel hassle free. Material is transferred under pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe's tip end with proper designed connecting devices. Our syringe filler stations help to eliminates air entrapment and provides for a clean workplace to users. System includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod,retainer and cap, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe barrels. Ideal for use with sealants, silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease and other liquids. Also available in different size cartridges for larger batch syringe filling. Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time. Can also use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air cycle for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time. Customized service is available for 55 gallon drum or other sizes.
